Hi HKJ! Thanks for detailed review!I with interest read your material and noticed a small error in marking of the processor
The multimeter chip (U1: ES1922A) - ES*5*1922A. The same processor is installed in UT-61E multimeter

Thanks, I have fixed it. It is used in many 22000 count multimeters and they usual have the same problem with high burden voltage.
