It depends on what you want.
UT210E is mainly for measuring current, but also works fairly well as a normal multimeter.
UT18C & UT18B is for checking mains voltages, wires and fuses. With the C model you get more precise values. The main idea with these testers is to get a simple indication of voltage.
UT33D is a simple multimeter, that can do the common measurements, but you are in a class where it is best not to measure before a mains outlet.
UT120C this is more advanced than the UT33D, but safety is not better
For checking mains and fuses in a simple and fairly fail safe way the UT18 meters are nice. If you want to check batteries or in a car they are not the best.
The UT210E is very nice for measuring current and can also be used in a car. It requires a bit more fiddling to check voltages and fuses, but it is better than UT18 for precise checks (For a fast check UT18 is best).
UT33D/UT120C can check all the voltages and fuses the UT210E can do, but they are not for measuring current on mains or in a car.
