This battery is sold by one of the premium flashlight makers in US doe their flashlight.










The batteries are not perfectly matches, this is fairly common for this size. The batteries can deliver up to about 2A















Internal resistance calculated by turning 0.5A on/off during a discharge.



Conclusion

This is a good quality 16340 for flashlight use.
