This is a high current 26650 cell

The two cells are nearly a perfect match and capacity is constant up to 20A discharge. At 30A the cell has trouble keeping up the voltage (It need to heat up first) and the capacity goes a bit down.

The batteries get very warm at 30A.

Conclusion

These batteries are good at high current, but are not the best in capacity. This make them good for high current application where the most capacity is not that important.

Wow continuous 30A is really good. Is this the highest current 26650 on the market?

For vaping? Probably, same cell as the famous Golisi.
For use in flashlights? Probably not, then thjis would probably be a better option: HKJ’s website: Shockli IMR26650 / 5500.
It uses the same raw cell as the Keeppower IMR 26650 / 6000
.
These cells are sold on Aliexpress under the “brand” name Dolidada. (No, I dod not make that up)

The most powerful 26650, are the
Aspire 4300
Golisi 4300
(I think they have the same battery under the cover))
The manufacturer is YDL

Third battery with almost the same performance
Ijoy 4200.
I do not know … the mother …

But these three batteries can show their power with more than 20 Amps compared to the Shockli 5500 55A.
The manufacturer is PLB.

But I think there are other companies that use these batteries under their covers …

Yes, of course, i hope so too, so this version 4300mAh in the guise of the littleknown “Turmera” interested me. However guarantees are needed that can give us only the same full-fledged and concept-friendly tests that the undisputed leader in this field, HKJ, performs.
