This took me by surprise. More than a year ago I fully overhauled a Ni-MH DeWalt battery pack with Turnigy sub-C 4200mAh cells, by the time I asked HobbyKing's customer service about the consistency of the 5Ah sub-C cells versus the 4.2Ah ones. Their representative told me something in the likes of “the 4.2V cells are probably better suited for the drill than the 5V ones due to the voltage”, and of  course I did not bothered in continuing the conversation any further LoL.

My colleague is going to need another battery serviced, and I still wonder if the 4.2Ah cells actually are more consistent or not.
