A high capacity 18650 cell that can deliver a fair amount of current.
The two batteries matches very well.
The batteries gets too hot at 15A.
Conclusion
This looks to be a good high capacity cell.

That’s interesting. Curves similar to the LG MJ1, yet slightly better most of the times, slightly worse than the NCR18650GA, most likely a tradeoff for improved cycle life. If Vapcell hadn’t told us already that it is “Tesla Panasonic NCR18650BG rewrapped” I would be at loss.
