(p.s. for those unfamiliar with Jewish terminology - “dos” is the Ashkenazi [European/Yiddish] pronunciation of the Hebrew word “dati” which means “religious”; it was once used as a pejorative of ultra orthodox Jews, but now has a more neutral connotation and is used by some religious people [the ones who wear only a kippah, the religious Zionists, and generally not the ultra orthodox] to refer to themselves jokingly)
I wish there was a banana slicer that slices to thinner (much thinner, maybe 1mm thick) slices.
One of my favorite dishes is thin banana slices with lots of sugar and lemon juice. I don’t know why, but it’s super tasty.
But it’s so much work to slice it with a knife…
