One account had feedback over 100. The other over 50.
All it took was like 4 and 15 sub dollars items refunded and left negative feedback for.
I was still leaving positives in between.
The part about unfair reflection is especially absurd since the negatives you left are only counted once into the statistics for the the same seller.
Can’t even track the other items since can’t reach the purchase history (!!!).
Nowhere to reply or report, scambay classic.
So there is really no use in leaving multiple negs in ebay. They delete it or your whole account.
Link to the account feedback maybe? Surely there were far more than 4 dispute/refund/negative feedback in 150 transactions to result in account termination… My parent’s ebay buyer account has more than that with fewer transactions and they’re still going.
Can you word this a bit better? Do you mean between 4 and 15 refunds, or 4 refunds on 1 acct and 15 on the other? or 4 refunds with each item under $15…
I’m glad they haven’t suspended my account I have left some negative feedback and was sent an email saying the seller should have received a better feedback. I swiftly called eBay and told them the seller got exactly the feedback I felt was appropriate
Wow, that’s some disturbing news.
When a seller makes a mess out of things and doesn’t solve it properly negative feedback should be given.
When dealing with lots of sellers it could easily happen you give a normal than higher negative feedback amount.
Getting your account suspended by this is really weird.
I currently have 28 outstanding ebay orders. I can image 1 or 2 of those will go wrong. Last month I got a full and a partial refund. Wonder what ebay sees as an unnormal amount. I’m glad most of my problems can be resolved without having to give a seller a negative feedback, but seeing this I think I’d rather not give feedback instead of negative feedback.
I also wonder if you get flagged by ebay due to complaints from sellers about refunds or if it’s a totally automated system.
Hope you can get in touch with ebay and get your account restored.
Last week I reported a seller for what looks like a fraud. This guy is listing O’lights, Nitecores- the words at starting bids of 99 cents. But then I noticed there are 3 sellers with the same light pictures (lights on a blue towel background)- not vendor photos, and on looking further I have the following-
All based in China, all registered around the same time, Oct 2013.
Feedback are between 50 and 80. All feedbacks have only been lodged since Sept this year for all three.
All feedback related to purchases by people usually under a dollar with free shipping! 1 has a $10 sale recently.
And the lights are selling cheap- too cheap, they’d be doing their bums off. It’s a scam- wrote to E-bay with specific details and facts and nothing- no reply and the sellers are still plugging away.
I had been a member that sold goods on ebay since 1999. About 2 months ago I got booted indefinitely for bad shipping ratings on their new and stupid DSR star rating system. Long story but Ebay has become a bunch of nazis that cater to Chinese sellers. Look at my feedback account. They almost don’t care about feedback anymore.
they also dont do much about fakes.
i can search for rubycon mbz caps and better than half are such bad fakes they should just label them fake when they print the sleeves!
