So I snagged the tf12 from Amazon for $9.99

Does anyone own the light? Figured for $10 it would make a good glovebox light.

I can’t find a single review for this light anywhere on the internet except for the Amazon customer reviews.

looks really solid. should be a great deal for $10

The only downfall I’m seeing is that the magnetic ring will make it tough to mod.

But I will slap an xpl-hi in it and it will probably be a nice small thrower.

I think for $10 it’s a great deal, the control ring looks like a nice feature.

Dang missed this one. Yet another ThorFire fire sale - I snagged a couple JM07's at a great price on Feb 1st - awesome deal at same $9.99 price.

Still a pretty good deal for a light of this quality - I got one also back in February for $14.49, but didn't mod it yet. The VG10 is a solid chunk of metal with SS bezel - reminds me of the Crelant's.

Got a good reading on this bad boy.

Low - 4 lumens
Med - 386 lumens
High - 706 lumens

I did one run with a ncr18650b

I got the following

0-1 hour
Gradually lost about 25% lux over the course of the hour.

1 hour to 1.5 hours
Once again gradually dropped from 75% of original output to about 50%

1.5 hours to 2 hours dropped to about 30%

After 2 hours the light started dimming rapidly. By 2 hours 15 min it was around 10%.

Pulled the battery and it was 2.75v

It has a cool white tint. Maybe a hair on the green side.

Decent beam. Lots of rings towards the outside.
