For some reason, there is a clock ticking down at about 4 hours right now? Is this just a sales gimmick to make us impulse? It is a great price no doubt though.

Also got the Convoy-compatible stainless screw-on clip to see if it will fit the VG15.

Usually it’s just a marketing trick of Ali sellers, and once the timer runs out they put it on sale once again.
Now it looks like they added another day to the time clock (just like pregulla predicted). When I purchased my light 11 hours ago, it said 999 units were available. Now it says 998 units are available. I guess there is no love for the Thorfire out there.

This light is totally worth the money and then some! Super nice machining and Hard anodize coating. Threads are nice, switch is nice, the amount of light out the front is decent for a stock tube light. The fin area gets warm pretty fast on high but not too warm. The stainless bezel gives the light a classy nice look above and beyond other tube lights. The light levels are just right for doing what most people do with flashlights - a nice low moonlight mode for getting up in the middle of the night for a bathroom run, a nice low and medium for around the house and yard work, and a great high for looking around the neighborhood. And to top it off, it comes with a nice stiff pocket clip, holster, and extra parts like a tailcap switch and rubber boot. This is a total package!
