I’m looking to get a small thrower and looking at the V6 and U21, just wondering what your thoughts might be between the two or maybe another ? I can’t find any U21’s in stock on Amazon or Going Gear both are out. Thrunite does have a 20% off on the V6 so swaying that direction, but thought I’d ask here first from guys who know more than I. Let me know what you think .
Unless Manker has improved their designs and customer service I’d go with Thrunite. I’ve got 3 Manker lights each with flaws. 1st Manker U11 with only 1.5 threads on the bezel. 2nd, the replacement from Gearbest or Banggood with an even worse bezel. As Manker dosen’t do customer service unless you specifically bought it directly from them. 3rd Manker U12 with same shallow bezel and a faulty electronic switch. All had lenses that rattled.
I’ve got two Thrunite lights and can’t comment on their customer service as they work great today as the day I bought them.

V6. Got a couple of them and they are flawless. I've dealt with thrunite customer service on one of their other lights and they top notch.
I got the Thrunite V6 one of my favourite lights. Purchased directly from Thrunite website and they used amazon to send it to me.
Go with thrunite v6. Manker u21 reflector quality is uncertain…

Thrunite Cat V6 is far superior to the Manker.
Also look at the Lumintop ODL20C. It edges out the V6 (only slightly) but for the price of $56 with a code, it’s a winner.
Last option, Astrolux has a new light, the FT02 thats reported to be very impressive.

Yeah I have both of these lights, looks like you picked the right one. The U21 is a good light, but definitely has a lot of extra mass to it. Also prefer the Thrunite UI over Mankers. Both offer NW which is a requirement for me.
