Thrunite TN31/TN30 driver question.

I have been reading through reviews of these torches, some of them are quite technical and i’m having trouble understanding them.
Can anyone tell me if there is a differance between the output of the two drivers. Is the TN 30 powered at less amps because it has three emitters? I believe it has a longer run time.

No the TN31 has a longer run time due to the fact that it has only 1 emitter whereas the TN30 has 3 emitters, both take 3 18650 batteries. On the TN30 each emitter must get 2Amps therefore a total of 6 amps and the TN31 must be powered to at least 3Amps to 3.5Amps.

The TN31 wins on run time.

Hi I just recently bought one of these with the xm-l2 u2 emitter and I was wondering if any one knew what kind of driver amps this light is putting out? And was wondering if a XinTD C8 V4 could be brought up to the same amps without damaging the LED or driver. Even if only run for short durations. Any thoughts or ideas.
