Ive learned one thing recently - if there are problems with your order and seller gives you runaround with his answers, then Paypal is the way to go.
Otherwise blame yourself, sorry, but this is how it works with Chinese retailers.
T mart lights and products may not be the best but their customer service was the best I'd ever seen with them speaking perfect english ..i'm really surprised to hear this ..i was astounded how responsive and how good they were ,, not once but multiple times for me ..hmmm.
I think some of them have trouble with the communication barrier. I used live chat and then Sherry contacted me here afterwards and was able to resolve the issue right away. I got a partial refund (goofy driver in my light) deposited in my account within 2 days.
I have a defective Tmart HD2010 that came without logo.
I ordered the exact same item in this review
and it’s supposed to come with Ultrafire logo.
Just sent a ticket, hope they reply soon.
I just received my HD2010, no logo as expected. It’s not in the pictures.
Use the TMart RMA process; it works well. I did it for batteries and they dealt with it by sending me new ones. Go to your order history , click on the order number and scroll down to the bottom where the RMA button is.

I have the same thing, dated a couple weeks later. My light also says "Ultrafire", except mine is black with a black button. Even so, Tmart does not sell an Ultrafire branded HD2010. They used to. They no longer do. Look carefully at their ad. The text and pictures do not mention "Ultrafire". People that have been one in the past few months have said that it doesn't say "Ultrafire" any more. It doesn't matter anyway because like I said, Ultrafire never made the HD2010. It's never been sold through their website and if you contact them, they'll tell you that it's not an authentic Ultrafire light.
Okay, I wasn’t sure if you were referring to the present or if they ever sold an “UltraFire” HD2010.
As far as I’m concerned, any *Fire could be a fake or isn’t authentic. It just so happens this particular light is fantastic except for the goofy driver that came with mine. I still plan on replacing it one of these days since this one is a keeper. I really like this light, right down to the color 
I have the same light as weiser…HD2010 Ultrafire from T-mart.Works great w/18650….won’t change modes off of high with 26650?Damn East driver!
