I have registered for an account with the above as I want to buy the Lixada triple light.
I have had the confirmation email & successfully activated my account, but when I try to order (click on add to cart) it says your shopping cart is empty Go to HomePage and select items ?
I have logged in & out several times & tried to purchase this light each time with no luck.
I have emailed customer service but no reply as yet.
Any ideas ?

Just tried that & still no luck.
I click on add to cart at the side of the item & momentarily in my cart in the top right corner of the page 0 turns to 1 & then the page changes & I get the your shopping cart is empty go to home page & select items ?
Maybe I bought their last one? If the inventory shows no stock it might be terminating your cart due to no availability? I don’t know, just guessing.
I didn’t register when I bought the Lixada the other day, it’s supposedly on the way to me now via FedEx.
I just tried adding it to the cart with the same result, don’t know, it says it’s in stock.
Yes it is showing as in stock.

Just tried adding the other Lixada light they have to my cart & that works fine so it is something to do with the triple then ?
Agree with others, sounds like the Lixada is out of stock.
Try adding a different item. See if that works.
Yes must have been out of stock as today it is showing exactly that.
Dang, hope they get some more as 2,500 lumens for under $20 is a lot of bang for buck 
I saw the same light on Amazon, not called Lixada, but 3800 lumens triple, for $25.
Edit: TrustFire Super Bright TR 3T6 for $18.90 on Amazon.
Yes I have seen the Trustfire TR 3T6, dosen”t it use xml”s & actually produce about 1800 lumens where as the Lixada uses xml-2”s & produces about 2,500 lumens or more ?
I only found out about this when robo pointed it out, so I don’t know what the differences are between the variations. I have a Lixada on the way, ordered too quickly and missed out on the SS bezel variant elsewhere. Oh well.
I have seen reviews before for the TrustFire TR 3T6.
Generally it is stated as being a good budget light with a little under 2,000 lumens rather than the claimed 3,800 lumens as stock.
From robo”s review it would seem that the Lixada is basically the same light (very minor detailing differences) but with xml-2”s instead of xml”s giving 2,500-2,800 lumens.
Also with the TrustFire (when I looked at the adds a lot of them were actually badged UltraFire) I would be a little concerned that it would arrive with Lattice Brights & not Cree emitters where as robo confirmed that his Lixada had Cree emitters.
Where have you seen the Lixada with a stainless bezel if you don”t mind me asking?
Fast Tech was showing the same light with a SS bezel, pretty sure they were saying the older style was discontinued. Price was like $23 or so. Someone here linked it or I wouldn’t have even known.
Edit: I swear when I first clicked the link it was only a few bucks more, now it’s shows $31 FastTech TrustFire T63X
I have been looking & I can get a TrustFire TR3T6 badged light for $17, but have no idea what emitters it will have ?
It is advertised as having xml”s, any one know if these lights are actually coming with xml”s, xml-2”s or lattice Brights ?
I can also get a light badged as a Lixada (not stainless bezel) for $26 which I think is the same one as reviewed by “robbo” so should come with xml-2”s ?
Well at least it seems that “tomtop” has things set up where you aren’t going to end up waiting days to discover that your light is not going to be shipped for an indeterminate period of time because it is out of stock the way many of the ‘megastores’ do.
Even though it may be frustrating I’d prefer that all sellers have something similar happening- it’s a good thing IMHO.
