How do I trace a shipment from Convoy - can’t figure it out.
What courier did Simon use? You can track most packages with 17track.net.
If Simon used SunExpress, you can track it over their site. The tracking number should be included in the mail you got.

I usually take the tracking number and feed it into ParcelsApp. Hasn’t let me down so far.

Haven’t gotten the tracking number somehow. Convoy shop says it has been shipped. I’ll email Simon. Cheers!
The email from Convoy should contain a tracking link, and the tracking info (and tracking number) should be at the bottom of your “Order Detail” page once it has been shipped.

When you are on the Convoy Website, click on My Account, My Orders and then
with the specific order
If you click the “show full”, you will see the order, but no tracking.

I placed an order today and somehow the email confirmation was placed in spam folder…
This wasn’t the case when I ordered in January. Perhaps that’s why the email wasn’t showing up
