Would someone be so kind as to explain my tracking info to me. I posted a screenshot of my very first order from BG. I completely understand this is a slow process, I am just trying to figure out exactly what these entries mean. Have my items left China? Are they still sitting there somewhere? Will I receive any additional tracking info before it’s delivered?

Input the tracking they gave you into this website, that is what the CS representative gave me when I first inquired about my shipment, It worked for me in tracking the shipment.

Usually that means it has left china, but no further updates until it is handled by USPS.
It should take anywhere between 3-7 days, you may also track it on USPS using the same #. Here’s mine:

I didn’t know usps would actually use the same tracking number. I didn’t even think to try it. The bad news: my light hasn’t been received by usps yet. 
The good news: a different order, made on January 16 was processed in Chicago two days ago :party:

Some times they use the same, but normally it is changed to their own tracking number after the package is processed, 17track should display both #s.
