Does anybody know where I can get a triple sst-40 in 5K on a 31.5 Copper MCPCB? Whether it be pre-made or reflowed on. I asked Mountainelectronics and they said no. Led4powers site seems to be down as well. Any help would be appreciated!
Cutter have 32mm dtp mcpcb, but if I remember correctly the shop is in Australia and shipping is quite expensive.
Also Maxtoch have 32mm dtp mcpcb, but the leds are connected in series.
I more than less need a reflow service.
Yeah. I’ve never seen ss40 on 31/32mm mcpcb.
However, you can ask Neal (owner of the nealsgadgeds store) if he can get mcpcb with leds from this flashlight for you. Unfortunately, I don’t know what the dimensions of mcpcb are, so you could ask for it first.
What light is it for? As Chatika vas Paus said that triple MCPCB made for 5050 sized LEDs is just not easily available.
This might not work for your application, but you could get 3 SST40s reflowed onto 10mm individual MCPCBs from mtnelectronics.
Mtne said something similar to this. There’s a build on this site with 3 SST40’s in the same host as I have. It’s a C8 with Kirabu-ru’s machined head on it. I’ll look for the link and pist it…

Just to have file down the board a bit and re-flow your emitters… it is easy to do on these big boards
Get a Noctigon XP32 and file it down.
