Trouble with Manker U21 and outdoor gear store.com

I have had this Manker U21 and i loved this light and used it every night to walk my dogs,untill it died ,so cjecked to make sure everything was secure without disassembling light.Still nothing,i tried all my batteries and still nothibg so i emailed outdoor gear sales rep Alan i asked if i could get an rma to return it under warranty and right away Alan started giving me resistance.He told me to send pictures of my battereis which were new awt 4200 mah 75 amp draw (i know its not) and he told me my batterries were insufficient to power the U21 so i tried some keepower 4200 mah and he said they were insuffiecient to power the light,so when i asked him why did it work before and not now and again he blamed my batterries he sent me a picture of Vappower 5200mah 30 amp would would be sufficient ,so i again taking his word i orderd and received keepiwer 5200mah 40 amp and i charged them at 2.00 amp on my opus 3400 smart charger and waited untill they were fully charged and still nothing this whole in between time waiting for batteries i kept emailing him asking why cant they just take it under factory warrantyand he kept giving me the runaround and was never willing to give an return authorization so tjen he sent me this Dear,

Hey mate that customer service sucks! Have you tried using a multimeter to measure if there is any current in the light? It’s most likely the switch seeing as it’s electronic. I always get issues with electronic switches. You could try and message manker on here and ask them for help?

we checked with alan, alan want to get the reason why your U21 stop work.

Alan just want to solve it without return as return will take a longer time and cost shipping fee.

Of course, you can return it to us, we will have a check and find the reason and fix it for you.

I have bought lights drom nitecore and olight that i owned over 1 year they failed i contacted their customer service department and they warrantied them with no issues oligjt had me a new light in less than 10 days and nitecore tool about 1and 1/2 month no questions

You might be able to get return shipping paid with PayPal? But it would have to be sent back to the shop you bought it from. There is no fast solution here even if manker sent out a new light that would take weeks.

Manker you have to understand return shipping is expensive for all of us. If it cost him $20+ USD with tracking to send the light and the light cost $60 new that is 1/3 of the cost. For that price you can buy a new driver and led at retail price. We have to understand also that if the problem is caused by us. you lose money.

I hope you can find a solution.
