Just ordered a t2 and some cells to test fasttech.
I’ve also ordered some 1.4a drivers, 2.1a drivers, 7135 chips, tweezers and an xp-g nw emitter (sorry, can’t remember the bin, but all nw xp-g2 emitters were sold out).
Should be good, when I get hold of the light, I’ll be looking at the possibility of a 20mm 3up nichea 219 and optic.
Yep, I’m dipping my toe into the world of hi cri/nw emitters. Hope it all arrives before Christmas. :bigsmile:

At $17, fasttech had it the cheapest I’ve seen.
Dr Jones noted an 8*7135 won’t fit, he had to stack four chips on a 4*7135 driver to add an xm-l. I did want to get an xp-g2 but intl outdoor were all out of nw…. As I say, what I really want to do is fit a 3up 20mm nichea 219 and optic. The pill looks like I can make it fit, with some filing, and copper rounds for spacing, in the mean time a 3 mode nw xp-g will do as an experiment. The reflector was measured at 21mm by old 45 (my memory for names is crap) so the optic will fit diameter wise. I just may get attached to the xp-g and end up with an xp-g2… Either way, there’s six chips going in there, what’s a little over drive between friends? :bigsmile:
I still have to mod my m10, hoping weekend gives me some time now I’ve got all the air con units installed and my van almost accessible again.
