Not sure whats going on… Just tried to order and it’s not taking my Visa…
I worked with Vivian on my order with them. My first time I ordered with them, there was some minor damage from shipping. After mentioning that, I ordered from them a few more times afterwards, and the packaging was fantastic! It was packed so neatly and tight, they could have shot it over in a rocket with NO damage to the flashlights! She also sold me replacement parts (a few dollars) to make up for scratches on my first order.
Well , I got discombobulated about the whole Visa incident. So I ordered off Ebay… Sorry Rey, I hate it when I want to spend money and can’t… But I got exactly what I wanted… Just $20 more than expected…
Call your credit card company and see what happened. Sometimes your credit card company, or bank will freeze the card if they see something being “Suspicious Activity”. Happens to me all the time when I purchase large amounts from China.
I’ll give them a ring in the morning…. I thought it might be something like that.
