That is some awesome donations, thanks for posting Kartracer, and I look forward to your reviews and contributions here as I have on cpf. Ive been a flashaholic for 14 years but only learned of flashlight forums a little over a year ago. Glad I’m not alone in my love of light, and I too still have a weakness for the Joe homeowner lights. I was recently at Rona and found a 1D flashlight and although it was just a single SMD led in there and 10-12 lumens, I picked one up lol. Dorcy, Garrity, Energizer was the bulk of my collection before I stumbled on cpf, I’ve since donated 50 of my old lights to a church building an orphanage in Kenya.

Im glad I’m not the only flashaholic out there, and I really love it here at BLF

That 1-D flashlight you mention, I bought a two pack like that made by Energizer. I really like that they run on just one D battery. During Hurricane Sandy I had them running down all of my weak D batteries. They did a good job of sucking all the life out of my old D cells.

You mention being a Flashaholic for 14 years… unless you are only 14 years old you might be wrong… studies on the forums have shown that we are all born this way! LOL —KartRacer31

In that case I’ve been a flashaholic 35 years lol. I didn’t start buying multiple flashlights (and multitools) until after I quit smoking. That’s when I got more than ten lights, and started carrying a flashlight instead of a lighter
