I am using a flashing adapter obtained from forum member “gchart” and following the “ZflasherAVR” instructions from forum member “thefreeman” contained in this post:

WTS : USB-UPDI Flashing adapters for Attiny1616/AVR32DD20 drivers (Sofirn/Wurkkos/Firelylite) - #2 by thefreeman

On Android (ZflasherAVR) :

1. Download ZflasherAVR

2. on top select SerialUPDI.

3. ”MCU” Atinny1616, ”memory” flash, ”action” write.

4. select your .hex file, place the pogo pins and hit ”go”.
