Don't have one, but two remarks:

1) don't see from the pictures why this light should be any more waterproof than any other budget light out there.

2) If you buy this one, beware of the charge-port!!! Have a look inside, you will probably not find any charge electronics, rather a direct connection to the battery. So safe charging through this port depends entirely on whatever you plug into it (that is: it should provide undercharge protection, overcharge protection, slower charging near the end voltage etc.) In other words: this light is dangerous to anyone not fully aware of the dangers of Li-ion cells.
