Unable to comment but can create new topic.

BLF Site-related Issues

I just joined BLF today and created to posts (intro and one asking for recommendations)

But for some reason I am getting the error (see image)

I kept getting the same error throughout the day when I tried to post via mobile. But the error is also present while I try to post via PC (Chrome)

Hmmm, thanks for reporting the issue. I just tried to create a new topic and it worked for me. Of course I don’t deny that it’s happening to you. Could you please give me the exact link of the “New Topic” button you are clicking on?

I don’t have an issue creating a post but I am not able to comment on that one. Earlier I was not able to comment even my intro post but it’s working now. Still can’t post to the topic linked above.

Have you tried PMs to see if they work?

Ok thanks, I was able to capture a useful error log message to debug the issue. Please let me know if it happens to you in any other threads.

I haven’t tried PMs but the issue is with just one thread. I can post otherwise. So I think I will just repost it :slight_smile:

Ah, alright then. Figured I’d ask to see if it’s a problem on the sending end or the receiving one.
