UniqueFire UF-T20??

I have been away for a few months and looking for a decent budget light. I was pointed in the direction of this one UniqueFire UF-T20 which looks nice. Just curious if I should make a deal on this one or is there another one I should look at? All info would be much appreciated… Thanks and have a good Thanksgiving all…

That’s a zoomie, there are some reasonable Sipik SK68 and SK73 versions around.
I have a couple of these SK73s. which are OK. $11 from Manafont

For around $30 you probably won’t get better than the XinTD C8 from Intl-Outdoor, but it’s not a zoomie.

If I only had one light, that would be it.

My friend just bought that light, super amazing! Crazy bright with awesome moonlight mode too!

I’ll probably pick one up to add it to my collection.

It depends on what you want...

A zoomie when zoomed in gives a very bright hotspot with no spill light around it, when zoomed out it gives a very even illuminated area. A reflector light, like the suggested XinTD has more output than a zoomie (less light is lost inside the body), with a bright hotspot (but my guess is, not as bright as the UF T20) with spill light around it. I'd say for general use go for a reflector light, if you are after that pencil-beam go for a light with a aspheric lens, and the UF-T20 is a very good one for a reasonable price (~$20 at Manafont), and with a different driver and led -if you are handy enough to go into some customising- it can be made into something awesome.

If you get only one flashlight, I hightly recommend (currently $17.81) UltraFire C12 CREE XM-L2 U3 2000LM 3-Mode (High-Medium-Low) :

It out-throws and brighter than T20 with no strobe mode. The only drawback is it’s a little big, not suitable for EDC.

And WTF is this flashlight: Page Not Found - Aliexpress.com

Ultrafire 502b with XML2 U2 for $11? With two mode groups, one with no blinkie? Seriously?

It’s driven at 1amp.

I don’t know how the stacking room is in that pill, but that seems like a cheap upgrade either way.

I just got one of these in - not too bad. It's a P60 light, so standard P60 pill. I'm building up P60 pills with sanded down pre-'82 penny's in the pill, and still room to stack a layer of 7135's. It says can tailstand, but it wobbles - I replaced the tailcap button with a lower profile one - works good now. Everything else is as advertised - can't confirm the U2 1A, but it's definitely a XM-L2 on an aluminum (cheap) star. I've got cheaper made P60 hosts (501b's), so this one is ok, relatively - it's no SolarForce of course.

The seller is Simon (Convoy AliExpress man...) of BLF fame - been discussed a lot here. Bunch of guys seem to trust his stuff and like his support.

Well, you said it. It sure looks like freaky!

Think you change the mode group by pressing the switch like for 5 sec or more. It’s about half the size of C12. If 500 lumen is bright enough for you, get the 502b.
