Universal zoomie

Hi guys… I have sold my cometa a year ago, but not I cant find it anywhere to buy… Can you help me tovfind universal zoom light similar to cometa? I want the best throw possible and don’t need very floody light, just to be able to unzoom so I can light under my feet.

I’m not sure about it but with the same emitter it shouldn’t be different at all.
But the thing is that it’s only sold with floody emitters. Which is…sad.
Modded Z1…I wish I had one, would see good use.

BTW, a great alternative would be Brinyte B158B. That’s a really good thrower zoomie.
But last time I checked it was not available anywhere.

You may try B158 as an alternative. It’s pretty much the same light except that it’s heavier.
There was also some restyled and much more expensive clone / variant available somewhere…

Cometa is a light and I fall in love with 5A driver + Flat white led combo.

got 4 of them and I wont be selling them.

Ummm, it is a Cometa, only some better materials (eg, glass lens vs plastic).

You want throw, you can swap in an XP-L HI or somesuch to get a pinpoint of light. Comes apart pretty easily.

Me, I pretty much keep mine on full flood for that nice even blanket of light, but hey, whatever spins yer wheels.

Did have some fun over the weekend watching it outthrow even a 2000lm light.
