I dont know, im not very timid about these chinese lotteries, but I have great doubts here :D
I would hesitate alot to put it in my PC :)

Hobbyking: You have to pay for shipping.
The cheap USB charger: Only 160mA - this is not enough for me (you have to wait about 16hours to charge one Eneloop. If it doesn't stop, you have another problem. I will never buy a charger, which cost under $5.
Is the hobbyking charger really better than the eBay charger?
For balanced charging - yes, when I used cheap B6 clone with 4S battery pack it ‘balanced’ individual cells to something like between 4.16 and 4.23 (varying per-cell), while Accucel-6 does 4.19 - 4.21V per cell.
iCharger 106B+ is even better and precise charger, but it costs $80 + shipping. So Accucel-6 can be a good compromise.
