Checked My Ebay this morning. No messages from Ebay, nor a response from the seller. (I still hadn't paid.) I went ahead and sent the seller a message that I would not be paying for the item since they were removed from Ebay as a registered user. I would expect to see some response from Ebay concerning the situation.

I too bought, the day after the seller was not registered so I made a report to Paypal "item not received", but on March 17 the seller has given a number for package with Chinapost but indicating "unknown".
Since last March 20 the number indicates package posted to my country ... weird!
Now that Paypal had to refund on March 20 asked me to wait until 6 April
I'll wait for this package (empty?) And I will keep you informed.
And you dthrckt how did you manage to be already repaid?
Ebay says I'll be refunded as well. Haven't checked paypal yet.
emailed seller, waited a few days, opened case w/ ebay and said seller did not respond and is not registered, received decision and refund within a day or two

Good news i received....
Bad news...a small envelope containing a piece metal 4 grams.
Did you sign for it when it came? If you didn't, it might be easier (although sneaky) to claim 'item not received' with ebay. If you say you got it, but that it was 'item not as described', ebay might ask you to send it back registered, which would cost you a fortune.

If Paypal is logical, paypal should refund saw the packet size that can hold the item I ordered.
Re waiting for the time of the seller's response ...
Next time, i'll wait few day before paying.
I changed to probable scam after people ordered, myself included.
BTW, I checked my paypal, ebay already refunded me for BOTH my purchases of this scam.
phil063, file a complaint on ebay, no need to include paypal at all here. Obviously ebay is aware of the scam by this user.
