Hello everyone I’ve owned the blf Q8 for about 4 years now and it’s really a beast but having to remove the batteries to charge can be annoying. I was wondering if it’s worth changing for the sofirn Q8 pro? Or is it not worth it? Would be grateful for any feedback.

I recently got a new-old-stock BLF Q8 made by Thorfire, following this thread out of curiosity as I don’t have a newer variant of the Q8 to compare against.
I have the Sofirn SP36 Pro which is pretty much the last replacement of the Q8 before the new Q8 came out. Same quad leds, PD onboard charging and uses three 18650 instead of 4. A little less throw, but similar output. In a smaller host. I really like it. Don’t use it much anymore though.
