Uploading Pics from IE?

Hey guys

I've my first review to do shortly; it's my first flashlight, and I've only been using a computer for a few weeks, so keep expectations on low mode. What I need to know is if I can upload pictures from "My Pictures" in Windows XP? I've read through this thread , seems I need a photo-share web site. But Windows offers the option to open pics in Internet Explorer; would this do it? Or do I need to sign up to Flickr or similar?

Also, can someone tell me how to insert smileys into a post? I've tried right-click, copy, paste, and drop and drag, but all I get is computer script. :~. Like this..

Yup, you need to upload your images elsewhere, i.e. ImagesHack, Photobucket, TinyPic, etc. I'd suggest you to create a new account, so you will be able to manage all your pics easily in the future ;-)

You mean a new account with one of those links, or a new account here at BLF?
