USB-C cable wall adapter to use with Astrolux FT03?

Over 2A is recommended too fast of charging, and all I see on Amazon are over 2A. Mostly all use adaptive charging where level of current provided is determined by what device is sensed. I am afraid the battery will charge too fast and become terrorist since flashlight will be unknown device. Help?

The flashlight internal charger will only draw 2A at best, so do not worry.

I thought I heard somewhere that a type-c to type-c cable will not work, so keep that in mind. I have not tested this, but my FT03 is coming in a few days and I will update. Can someone confirm or refute this?

Confirmed, usb c on both ends does not work
Usb a to usb C works

The driver does not support USB PD (Power Delivery) Protocol, which is key to be able to deliver higher currents over USB C 3.0/3.1 Gen. 1 / Gen. 2.
