I brought a graphics card from another forum member and he shipped the card by First Class Package International service 26th April.
Now 17th May and im still waiting for package.
Is it normal to such delay ?
There is a tracking number too. but it doesn’t show progress out of US. I think its normal for first class.
Sometimes the tracking stops for USPS packages at random places. I would try local post tracking if they offer it.
The delay may be due to customs but depending on where you are 20 plus days is really a long time...

my previous usps mails arrived between 10-15 days. but they all envelope / bubble mailers. this package is box. may be first class boxes shipping surface…
this is no surprise for USPS, i have had 1.5 months just to get out of the United states, i consider less then a month to be a bonus
Mind you it depends where it was sent from, I’ve had items from California at my door in 8 days, and from Ohio in 2 months. California is 10x further then Ohio.
If USPS is the benchmark for delivery times, perhaps then PayPal should review its 45-day dispute filing limit and also the 20-day escalation to claim limit too.

Sometimes they’re stuck somewhere until an employee digs it out of a pile.

I desperately need to upgrade mine as well, it’s a 9800 GT.
I got my Sinkpads today and the post stamp said 11th of May, so thats exactly 10 days.
Got it for 140$ shipped (25$ for shipping 115$ for card) from hardforum.com sale/trade forum.
Its refurbished card.
9800GT also very good card. I had 7300GT around 5 years and it died few months ago. beyond repair.
