Ok guys, I’ve looked at a few of the videos here and some of the pic reviews and tried to sort of emulate the basics of them. I do not get overly technical because I do not know how to do tailcap readings and I do not own a lux meter. Instead I tried to inject the video with humor and edit it well. I got the EA4 a few weeks ago, so I did this review of it. I paid about $46 for the light from Fasttech. And all batteries used are 3rd generation eneloops.
EDIT: I’ve corrected the error in the old video and taken it down. This is the final version.
Ok, here are some animated Gifs, because the original video lacked any real beamshots.
The EA4W does not produce a warm light like the old incandescent lights, those are really warm, the EA4W is only neutral white, which is warmer than cool blueish lights.

I have a Sky Ray King on order- so probably for that. This was actually practice, because I was contacted by a vendor on here, and told them I would do a video review on a bike light if they sent it to me. I haven’t heard from them in a while, so I’m not sure if it’s still a go. If people actually watch them I will do more for sure.
I have the video correction done, so I just have to upload that to youtube when I get a chance today or tomorrow.
I was definitely going for something off kilter like that.
Thanks a lot. I’ve been trying to go back and add a few things to my earlier reviews that were glaring omissions. I’m glad you like the video reviews. I’m not interested in making the standard table top reviews- some people like that style, and it seems others don’t. The there’s those who have told me they’re overly positive. I don’t agree. I think the thinly veiled sarcasm, the thorough demonstrations and dis-assembly of the lights gives plenty of information- that allows anyone viewing the videos to decide of the light it for them or not.
