Visiting LOOP GEAR headquarters!

Mr Li Lin and Bruce showed me around the LOOP GEAR headquarters where they are designing new flashlights.

Bruce kindly picked me up from a hotel and brought me to the LOOP GEAR office in the morning of 25th September 2025.

The office is right next to Fenghuang (Phoenix) Town Station on Line 6 of the Shenzhen Metro. It looks pretty fancy!

When I arrived, Bruce introduced me to Mr Lin (the boss) and we had a chat in the conference room where Mr Lin showed me multiple upcoming models and prototypes.

For example:
SK05 Pro UV (ZWB2 filter?!)
SK05 Ultra (21700)
SK04 (tactical tail switch)
SK03 version 2
SK03 Pro version 2

The main area of the office is full of engineers working on new products. From designing 3D models, to soldering functional prototypes.

The second biggest area is dedicated to customer support and marketing.

And there are multiple rooms dedicated to live streaming and making product photos.

LOOP GEAR has about 70 staff, including the factory. It’s definitely bigger than I thought.

Next time I hope to see the factory. There was a typhoon that caused major disruptions to businesses in the area for a few days. Roads were closed and trains had stopped. Luckily the typhoon passed under Shenzhen the day before visiting the office.
