Well, took that cruise across the bridge to the big city today to pick up some Holiday treats and lo and behold I finally found the torches Old Lumens posted about.
After casing 2 small town Walmarts, I finall scored at the “Big Enchilada”
store in the big city of Corpus Christi…LOL.
Snagged a pair of beautiful BLUE AA led minimags for $21.88. Great Deal!
These have Hi, Low, Slow Strobe, & SOS. And you don’t have to look at the blinkies if you don’t wanna. They come with Duracell batteries and a belt holster to boot.

Amazing, over here, wall mart owns Asda, big sign and everything. Do we get Maglites? No, we get no name single emitter 3aaa lights or d cell shower heads :~ that said, I snagged one of the 3aaa’s for my step son, it’ll take an 18650 with a spacer ring. Has a side switch (can’t remember if its forward or reverse clicky) one day its getting an xp-g2, 3mode driver and some eneloops. I may snag one for myself too……
