Looking for someone to bore a few of my lights to fit 18650`s and 18490s`
I have a few Surefires (6 and 9P) and one or two clones as well as a Pelican M6 I would love to have bored out.
Please guys, no DIY posts. If you have to PM me so I can keep the thread clean!

I would recommend to perform the honing process submerged in a bucket of soapy water in order to avoid the hone loading up with aluminum.
I was thinking a bucket of ice water to keep the heat from the friction down, but the soapy water sounds like a good idea.
There are plenty of people with lathes who could bore your Surefires, they just mostly aren’t on this forum.
I used to send my lights to Barry (Precision Works) on CPF but he hasn`t been active in quite some time.
I`m getting the hone tomorrow if that doesn`t work, I`ll post there.

I received the brake hone today and the a**holes sent the wrong F*CKING size!
I am so pissed right now!
So I have to return one and re-order the right one AGAIN.

Dang , that blows . I really hate waiting for something to continue a project then it arrives and it’s wrong !
