well, at least I got my solarstorm warrior today.

I’ve been waiting on a large order from fasttech for two months. I finally messaged them to find out wtf was going on. They said they shipped the order and to check the usps to see where my package is. Turns out that usps sent the package back because they said I didn’t accept delivery of the package. Wtf? I’ve been waiting in anticipation! They evidently left a notice and then sent the package back two days later. Double wtf? At least I got my warrior today. How the he’ll do I switch modes?

Use the big button to turn it on… and then use the same button to switch mode:)

You really need to watch the tracking, I had a package listed as 'Notice left' on the website but it was absolutely, positively not left. I went to the P.O. with a printout of the tracking results to pick it up. They were like "OK here's your package, business as usual. Have a nice day."

:Sp

I took it for granted that fasttech was going to take forever and day to get here. Then I forgot all about my package. Btw, sorry but I can’t post any pics from my phone. You guys know what the warrior looks like anyway.

My last FastTech order (Jun.12) took 11 days from order, 9 days in transit.

The USPS is getting terrible.

This happens far too often here as well. Half the time a delivery wasn't even attempted either.

Yeah, time to shut down USPS and turn it over to the real professionals...

Count how many times they went to the trouble of putting it on the truck, driving it around all day, not delivering it, and not once leaving a notice. I called, asked what the problem was, they said no problem, it would be delivered the next day. Not delivered the next day. Another call. And on and on. It was just a regular package, no signature required. The really funny thing is, on the first day it was on the truck for delivery, there were two other boxes from the same sender that DID get left on the porch, absolutely no issues. The third box just went off into the twilight zone somewhere.

edit: Oh yeah, I forgot what might have been the best part of all: They mailed me a postcard asking me to call and give them my address. Did you catch that? Mailed me a postcard? With my address on the postcard, the address they were claiming they didn't have?

That’s special!

I recall something similar with my order. About 14 days or something…
