FYI: You can embed a video just by pasting its link in your post. The only trick is that you have to put the link on a line by itself, with blank lines separating it from other text (above and below, as needed).
Tip: Prefer “official” links. That way, your link won’t go “stale” if YouTube removes an “unofficial” link. The link I used here is from the official METAHESH channel.
With or without the music, I always thought LAR was hawt!
Cool, thanks for the good info!
Now you’ve got me in that frame of mind. His music is a big part of what makes his movies great. While I wouldn’t necessarily sit down and listen to the score from Prince of Darkness, like I might with something like the main theme to The Fog above, it’s amazing when watching the movie. It really helps the movie get under my skin.
The same is largely true about the atmosphere of They Live. This is a fun track from that one:
Amen to that. The singers that came later are pretty much a cup of luke warm water with a splash of milk.
Whoops! It looks like you followed my advice, but it did not work.
My bad. I forgot to say: YouTube playlists and radio channels cannot be embedded. Those links will always go offsite.
In order to embed a YouTube video, you have to strip it down to the “watch” link. For example, the video below was embedded using this link:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qdjw81ZVEe8
Tip: Along with the link for a video, type in the name of the artist and the song title. That way, folks can use the BLF search function to find your post. More than a few times, that has saved me from posting the same video twice!
