Thatâs a really pleasing looking knife, the grind is wonderful and the handle oozes style.
Itâs pretty sweet! Lightweight, *thiiinly" ground and the handle has a very good grip to it. Itâs not soft, though, I think this kind of texture would work very well in a slick, greasy environment⌠yet still comfortable in the hand for it.
I highly recommend, heâs got other blade styles if this one doesnât float your boat.
OK⌠SO what is it. I love the look of Damascus. Those scales are striking as well!
NKD! This Drop Bear 2 is a revelation. No matter how many times I tried, I just never warmed up to the squishy break of cross-bar locks. This compression-style button lock though⌠It has all the benefits of cross-bar and regular button locks but with the crisp break of a liner lock. Itâs a joy to snap open and locks up solidly. Iâm really hoping to see this lock on more models from Kizer.
It does something else Iâd like to see more often in modern folders: It has a nice thin blade that passes so smoothly through material.
Cool and innovative use of the button lock. I only had one button lock (Civivi Elementum 2) and just didnât like having the blade flopping about. Using a compression lock actuated by the button makes a lot of sense.
Hollow grinds are also a bit âmehâ, but I like my flipper Elementum a lot. They look great on a clip point blade, kind of cut in easy and then pry further with the shoulder.
Spyderco Kiwi today, tidy U.K. legal as Iâve been in town.
I want that Wharnie version pretty bad⌠Gonna make a handy small carry.
Bugout mini got modded to match the Divot Slim. Bronze scales and a stainless axis bar so it doesnât eat through the spring.
Have you used the Tool-Less version . I have lots of utility knives, my pass/fail is how easy it is to change the blade. Having to find a torx driver and probably losing those little screwsâŚ
But I sure do like the looks of it. How is the lock?

PF Scholar again!
Nice blades, nice picture!
