It’s an Old Dominion … The handle is shred carbon fiber (Ti lock side). It came from BF. I have posted a pic of it before but not in sunlight.

When I bought it I was going back and forth with myself on whether to snag it… then finally decided I’d would never prob have a shot at a custom anywhere near the asking price (the detent in it is a little … loose?, but not enough that would ever open accidentally in fact it is pretty stiff. If that makes any sort of sense,lol)… so I bought it.

It is china Rat 2 … you can find it cheap at AliExpress or Ebay. Worth the money!

That’s the one with the S30V steel, right? Mine has 420 but it has incredible edge retention, i can only imagine how good yours must be!

Buck is famous for its 420 steel. They work it very well, but in other brands a 420 steel is a bad steel with bad retention. Buck knows how to work with 420.

Has a special meaning to me. When I had decided I liked the idea of having an EDC pocket knife again, I started searching for the “prefect” one. I stumbled across flash lights… I had already had a pretty good knife addiction and this stupid Buck lead to my flashlight addiction! lol.
