I finally managed to figure out how to disassemble an SC13. There is no glue. But everything is very tightly press fit together. There’s even a pill inside that can come out, though it’s also press fit in really tightly. Had to hammer on it a few times.
However, once the pill is out, reassembly is extremely easy.
I did chew up the bezel pretty bad trying to get it out. I sanded it back to smooth. But that left a thin lip with a sharp edge. Since I have no plans to try to modify anything on this again. I may sand the lip completely off the light. Luckily I got this one when it was $13.
Oh, and while it was apart, I did swap in an FFL 3700k. (I did not get a pic of the emitter installed, sorry!)
Side note: I did this on a cheap one so I can repair my friends SC13Cu that he dropped and broke a chip on the driver
