What is the best zooming torch for under $20 available today?

I see lots of mentions of the Zeusray but it looks like the latest version was a step back from previous offerings. Is there something better I should consider? Thanks!

I’m fond of the TrustFire Z6. I’ll be putting a XP-L HI on a 26mm Maxtoch and a LD-2 driver in mine soon. The 27.2mm Ahorton lens fits it.

The best regular aspheric zoomies I have are the CNQ hosts, with appropriate LEDs and drivers. Changing to an Ahorton lens improves them, but takes some filing on the bezel ring.
I also like the Sipik SK-73, the Yezl t9 and the SK-58. The SK-73 is similar to the Zeusray but has more consistent quality. The original driver on the Yezl is easily damaged and its spot is small with the original lens, but I really like its shape. I think the Warsun X65 is nice, with a 26650 if you like a small spot, but I only have the “nut” Sharp Eagle version.
At a bit higher price, I very much like Fasttech’s P5.2 (an LED Lenser with the brand name not advertized). It takes only an AA cell, not a 14500. It is the brightest 1 x AA light I have had, but has less throw than the SK-58 on an AA. I modified one to take a 14500, but I had to file both the driver and pill to make them fit together.
There are threads here on all of these and on some other good ones.

Awesome- thanks for the suggestions! I am new to the scene and hadn’t heard of any of those. Cheers!
