size 10 ? For the patina you must carefully clean it with alcohol before and dip it in vinegar. For multiple layers stab the blade in a citrus, wait 5 minutes, clean it and again and again.

Byrd Tern from aliexpress with exclusive orange and green handle. I think its the OEM. The quality is very good but the steel rust easily. One hand opening is easy but closing it require both hands. Perfect EDC.

I think the Mr. Roper is my fav.
I have wanted an Al Mar for a while, haven’t really had time to play with it yet, but it is pretty nice… and it is used, so i won ’t be scared to use it! I’ll report back on whether it lives up to it’s hype.
The Lil Matriarch, I have wanted for awhile too…. Bento Box however won’t deal with NY customers

I haven’t tried vinegar or mustard yet but it looks like this after cutting up a couple of tomatoes, onions and peaches etc. It has also received a new edge finished with a #3000 ruby stone + the UF rod of the Sharpmaker so it’s pretty sharp now!
