Eons ago I had my mind set on that Paul Kim light. But the only website that carried it was from Hong-Kong.
They had 1,001 ways of delivering it somewhere in Hong Kong, but that was as far as it could go. Sigh!
Maybe it’s a human character trait to fail to notice there might also be life on the other side of the fence.

I can relate! This one arrived from France, if I remember correctly. The PKdesignlab(dot)com website is still up, but the vendor page has bad links to suppliers .

i wonder what he’s doing these days…allegedly he’s working for/with some Chinese flashlight companies…I’m looking for super overt indicators in design philosophy, but haven’t seen too much yet, lol. Jetbeam, maybe?

I was under the impression he was free lancing for the military industrial complex. But that’s a unsubstantiated second hand rumor that I heard. I did send 2 emails to the PKDL contact email and never received any response.
