I must have missed something in an earlier post, why is this light called Neil?
It’s still a Cygnus. It’s just a name I gave it. I do that with some of my favorites. I also have a Lilly and a Hadrian, etc…

Zebralight SC600w IV Plus Hi. Just picked this up this week and was surprised by how small it is in real life, it’s about the size of a D4V2.
I like ZL but IMHO very overpriced. Twice as much as Emisar or Firefly equivalent.
Unfortunately Emisars are pretty much all flooders until you go up to the D1 and Firefly lean too hard into sinister magenta with the emitters.
If Hank would build an Emisar SC65 equivalent it would be a hit.
I’m not sure why but I’ve always loved how that zebra looked. Maybe cause it reminds me of older style lights? I’d like to get one eventually, although I would strongly prefer a captive clip.
One of my favorites but hadn’t carried it in a long time. Copper S2+ with FL351A 4000K (earlier production rosy bin) and the H17FX Dr. Jones driver, 10507 TIR green glow gasket, fwd clicky switch.
I would prefer a captive clip myself, but it does hold firmly enough that it doesn’t rotate around the light by itself. I think if I ever clipped it to the outside of something I’d be adding a lanyard and carabiner though. I don’t think the clip would pull off easily but I’d feel happier knowing the light was anchored.
