What to do with underperforming LED's?

So I have a nice tint 5c1 that just sucks in output.

Popping it in a small sun ZY-t16, I get an 80 ceiling bounce. Swapping in a T6 3C I get a 116 ceiling bounce. I remounted, no change. Used a different copper board, no change.

Grabbed another 5C1 and got a 97 ceiling bounce.

Sigh

Any use for under performing LED’s?

Overdrive them.

Well yeah……but I’d rather over drive a better performing one :stuck_out_tongue:

use them to make a lamp to illuminate your workbench

Sell them to the Chinese. Their output will magically triple… J)

They will all be underperforming LEDs next year ...

gasoline bath :stuck_out_tongue:

Such flashlight would show up.
