Nice scope!, I did not know there were tablet versions (but I do not know much about oscilloscopes in general). Thanks to your test I have BPW34 diode on order, and will combine it to a small pocket scope that is being idle for half a year now.

Oh, you'll have a lot of fun with that photodiode. You just need a biasing resistor and you're ready to go.

It took me literally 10 seconds to open it, with the right tools nothing is difficult.

So, lubed the threads and closed it again (with a piece of EPDM sheet, to make sure the fixings of the strap do not cause damage)

Easy peasy!
Now just wait for the XHP70.2 conversion kit.

Stupid me, should have bought 2 GT’s so i could use the throw and semi-throw/flood :person_facepalming:

I know I'm a bit behind the times and a n00b and all that but pretty happy with the Q8 delivered today, apart from dodgy oring. Also received 3xConvoy C8 with single cell chargers and batteries for gifting so I can sow the seed of lumen addication with my brother in law and a couple of mates :)

A couple of Zanflare F3. I wanted a couple of good AA light and for some reason I thought these were AA not AAA. Still very happy with the quality.

A couple of TG - C8 XR - Q5 Ultra Bright LED Mini Flashlights. Wanted these for emergency lights at the stables. They have a USB A plug in the tail. Handy because I added a USB adapter to my DIY solar panel control unit, so I can charge them for free. Bright enough, but horrible blue tint.

I got my Fireflies ROT66 today. It may well be the nicest flashlight in my collection, and it feels great in the hand. The tint at lower ramp settings is great, at highest ramp a bit too rose (as expected from this led). Everything works and I hope it stays that way. A nice flashlight deserves a nice pic:
