Some cheapo “paracord”
A pair of copper Wurkkos TS10s. Need to get them onto the buffer wheels and run them through the compounds, they look a lot nicer after polishing.
Wow, thats pretty cool for a 5 year!
Agree
Yup, considering my company didn’t give me anything for 20 years…
Thanks! It’s really not that expensive of a watch. But it’ll serve a purpose. I don’t like wearing my smart watch in my saltwater pool. This one I will.
Extra thick laser lens for better protection and for filling the gap when using TIR
20x3
Testing over the S6 3000K seems to make the K go down quite a bit
smooth reflector with original lens
same plus the 3mm lens over it
Ran the copper TS10s on the wheels today. They’re better for having the fine brushing removed. The redder one didn’t get the Brasso treatment afterwards.
Lovely. What will you do to maintain the pristine finish?
got this!
Probably let them be and get some patina. I can always clean with Brasso to make them shine.
Both the new ones are having discs of @Boaz supplied amber filter put on them to be used as flickering candles, the heavy copper isn’t knocked over as easy as lighter alu and will look nice and vintage. Also, campervan safe. I tend to avoid flames, unsheathed knives and anything made of glass in there.
Love this thinkin’. How are you cutting your filters?
I believe he mentioned a hole punch previously…
Missed that. Kinda big hole punch though…
I believe tgere are companies that make all sizes of circle punches for arts and crafts…stars, smileys, hearts, that kind of punch
Like this, perhaps Amazon.com
Maybe even a leather punch @Ledhead
