Those doesn’t have direct thermal path - the whole top layer including the middle pad is insulated (electrically and thermally) by a dielectric layer. Therefore this copper base only give minimal gain vs aluminium. Price-wise, not worth it in my opinion.
The Noctigon and Sinkpad connects the middle tab straight to bottom with single piece copper. That’s why they’re so good.
