Looking at these two offerings below, aside from the big price difference, there is also a difference in their LED description, namely U2 and U2 1A.
Maybe the 1A is refering to the LED tint as in cool white.
U2 refers to the brightness bin, since it is the same both are equally bright, 1A refers to the tint, 1A=CW.
Will that LED difference (if at all substantial) make that much difference in price? You can buy new cells that you can use along with it!
I thought a CW tint is always slightly cheaper than a non-CW?
